What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is not the stage hypnosis that you may have seen in the entertainment industry. 

Hypnotherapy is an alternative therapy.  It allows you to talk about your concerns or issues to a qualified hypnotherapist, who will use techniques to help you relax, then give you guidance and suggestions.  It is a safe way to make the changes you want in your mind, your body and your life.

You will be in control and won’t be doing anything that you don't want to do. Your state of awareness is similar to how you feel when you're day-dreaming. You can return to full awareness at any time you wish. See the Blog for more information
